Beach volleyball player for over a decade. Had patella tendinitis for that long. I’ve used all sorts of tapes, braces etc. This will now be my go to for stabilizing the knee and providing extra support. Also played and the tape didn’t come off. I’m at the gym and it’s still on. Follow the instructions and you’ll be good.

Have patellofemoral syndrome and taping can be complex. Also k tape has to be applied perfectly to stay more than a day. This tape applied extremely easily, was comfortable, relieved pain and I removed it after 4 days of activity simply because side o wanted a fresh one but it was still completely adhered after 4 days and 4 showers.

Great value, quality product that meet my expectations. I appreciate the ease of the precut strips for my knee. I wore one for 4 days before it started to fall off. Did not come off when wet. I would recommend this product.
